Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot usually be cancelled and will be handled under our Refund and Return Policy if there is an eligible issue.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and contact details. If the cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method according to the payment provider's timeline.

Geo's Dhanya may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment fails, the address is not serviceable, or the order appears incorrect or fraudulent.
